Refurbishment programs are only successful if the Scope of Work (S.O.W.) is clear, definitive and encompassing of the customer's required results. Documentation of the client's true expectations and desired outcome is the starting point for excellent results.
This living document is the backbone of all of our programs and drives all efforts that our team will execute. Once written and edited by both parties, the S.O.W. is signed off by the customer and Loring Industries. It then becomes an official ISO document and can only be changed mutually and documented by the Loring ISO Quality Control Department.
The baseline is the equipment and the manuals. Starting with all documentation, reference materials and special instructions, our technical writing staff knows the ins and outs of what it will take to give the equipment new life.
Next, Loring Industries inspects, reviews and discusses with the customer what results they can and should expect. Documentation of the customer's true expectations and desired outcome are the starting point for an excellent outcome.
Let the writing begin! Our technical writing staff will create a document that encompasses the full-range of the refurbishment process. From the wash-down to the final assembly, from road tests to delivery, it's all documented in detail.
